FAQ

Where is my order?
Rest assured, we are printing, cleaning up and shipping your order as fast as we can. Myth Forged is just the two of us (Sam and Steve) so sometimes in busier periods a bit of a queue can develop. Average dispatch time is 5 days but check the banner at the top of the site for accurate lead times.

What kind of glue should I use?
I use a gel super glue. We sell Loctite on the store as we know it works!
Poly/plastic cement will not work

What prep do I need to do for painting?
The miniatures should be ready for a priming coat, however I'd always recommend a quick wash with warm, soapy water. You can paint directly onto the mini, but I recommend priming.

Why have some of the miniatures come on supports?
I ship delicate or small things with the supports still attached. I've found that things get broken and/or lost if I don't. If you submerge them in hot warm for 15 seconds, most miniatures will peel off the supports really easily. Just go slowly and steadily.

My mini feels sticky/tacky to touch - what's going on?
Sometimes the combination of humidity and the packaging causes the washing solution to make the surface a little tacky. This can be solved with a wash in either isopolyl alcohol, or just hot soapy water. Leave to dry in the sun/warm dry place and they'll be fine.

Immerse yourself in the depths of ancient warfare and mysticism with the Tlincalli Warrior Miniature, a striking figure poised for battle, brandishing an aquatic sword aloft. This singular Tlincalli, inspired by Mesoamerican mythology blended with fantastical elements, represents a warrior of both the land and sea, wielding a weapon that embodies the power of the waters. This miniature adds a unique layer of intrigue and depth to your Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder 2E, or Call of Cthulhu campaigns, introducing a character that is at once a fearsome combatant and a guardian of ancient, submerged secrets.

The sculpture of the Tlincalli Warrior captures the imposing stance of a seasoned fighter ready to engage in combat. The aquatic sword, detailed with wave-like patterns and symbols evoking the essence of the sea, is held high, signaling the warrior's readiness and strength. The Tlincalli's armored exoskeleton, with its intricate carapace and menacing stinger, is designed to reflect its dual nature, combining the resilience of a terrestrial creature with the fluidity of aquatic life. The dynamic pose of this warrior, caught in the moment before the strike, conveys a sense of motion and anticipation.

For miniature painting enthusiasts, this Tlincalli Warrior offers a compelling challenge. The aquatic sword, with its unique design and symbolic detailing, invites experimentation with translucent effects and shimmering blues and greens, capturing the look of enchanted water. The Tlincalli's exoskeleton provides a canvas for exploring textures and metallic finishes, while its pose and expression allow for dramatic shading and highlighting to emphasize the figure's muscularity and combat readiness.

Integrating the Tlincalli Warrior into your TTRPG sessions brings an element of exotic danger and strategic depth. Whether as a formidable enemy encountered near ancient ruins submerged under water in a Dungeons and Dragons adventure, a mysterious ally in a Pathfinder 2E quest, or a cryptic guardian in a Call of Cthulhu mystery, this warrior enhances the narrative with its unique blend of terrestrial and aquatic combat skills. The Tlincalli Warrior is not just a figure on the battlefield; it's a bridge to stories where the mysteries of the deep and the lore of ancient civilizations converge, challenging players to navigate the complexities of a world where magic and myth flow as freely as the tides.
