FAQ

Where is my order?
Rest assured, we are printing, cleaning up and shipping your order as fast as we can. Myth Forged is just the two of us (Sam and Steve) so sometimes in busier periods a bit of a queue can develop. Average dispatch time is 5 days but check the banner at the top of the site for accurate lead times.

What kind of glue should I use?
I use a gel super glue. We sell Loctite on the store as we know it works!
Poly/plastic cement will not work

What prep do I need to do for painting?
The miniatures should be ready for a priming coat, however I'd always recommend a quick wash with warm, soapy water. You can paint directly onto the mini, but I recommend priming.

Why have some of the miniatures come on supports?
I ship delicate or small things with the supports still attached. I've found that things get broken and/or lost if I don't. If you submerge them in hot warm for 15 seconds, most miniatures will peel off the supports really easily. Just go slowly and steadily.

My mini feels sticky/tacky to touch - what's going on?
Sometimes the combination of humidity and the packaging causes the washing solution to make the surface a little tacky. This can be solved with a wash in either isopolyl alcohol, or just hot soapy water. Leave to dry in the sun/warm dry place and they'll be fine.

Embark on a journey into the heart of darkness with the Menacing Yuan-ti Abomination miniature for your Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder 2E, or Call of Cthulhu campaigns. This formidable figure represents a Yuan-ti Abomination, a creature of nightmares that blends the cunning intellect of a serpent with the martial prowess of a seasoned warrior. Armored for battle and possessing a snake-like head with sharp fangs capable of delivering a venomous bite, this abomination is a terrifying sight on any battlefield. In its hands, it wields a large spear, a weapon that complements its natural lethality with the reach and precision needed to strike down foes from afar.

The sculpture of this Yuan-ti Abomination is meticulously crafted to capture the essence of its monstrous grace. The armor is designed not only for protection but to accentuate the serpentine aspects of its form, merging the natural and the crafted into a seamless whole. The snake-like head is detailed with care, from the scales that cover its skin to the fangs that hint at a deadly venom. The spear is a masterpiece of weapon design, with details that suggest both its strength as a weapon and its ceremonial importance.

For miniature painting enthusiasts, the Menacing Yuan-ti Abomination offers a rich canvas for creativity. The interplay between the armored sections and the exposed serpent skin provides an opportunity to explore a variety of textures and finishes, from the metallic sheen of the armor to the glossy scales of its skin. The large spear can be a focal point for detailing, inviting techniques that bring out its craftsmanship and the potential for magical enhancements. The dynamic pose of the abomination, ready to strike with its spear, challenges painters to convey a sense of motion and imminent danger.

Incorporating the Menacing Yuan-ti Abomination into your TTRPG sessions introduces a formidable adversary that embodies the insidious threat posed by the Yuan-ti. Whether serving as a powerful enemy in a Dungeons and Dragons campaign, leading a deadly ritual in Pathfinder 2E, or at the heart of a dark conspiracy in Call of Cthulhu, this miniature adds depth to the narrative with its presence. Its appearance on the tabletop serves as a stark reminder of the Yuan-ti's ambition and the lengths to which they will go to achieve their ends, challenging players to confront one of the most cunning and dangerous foes in the game's universe.
