Two beaked-mask doctors, one blade, one flame, zero bedside manner.

This set brings two plague doctors to your table, each with a distinct way of making a house call unforgettable. One strides out in a tall pointed hat and swirling cape, a serrated blade raised high and a heavy bulb-headed mace swinging low. The other hunches in a long hooded coat with a tank on his back, a hose snaking from his mask to a flame-spitting pipe weapon.

Sharp resin detail picks out the riveted gas-mask lenses, belts, buttons and rippling cloth, so both take paint beautifully. Field them as a matched pair of sinister healers, rival specialists or the unsettling NPCs your players never quite trust. Together they give you two strong silhouettes for one low-fuss purchase.

• Complete set of two plague doctors
