What It Is

Four massive goliath warriors in various battle stances, each towering over standard 32mm miniatures. The spiked plate armor is properly brutal — thick pauldrons, layered chest plates, and rows of metal spikes across shoulders and bracers. Wolf fur cloaks hang heavy from their backs, suggesting northern wastes or mountain clans. Each barbarian grips a different two-handed weapon: greatswords, battle-axes, and the like. The sculpts capture that "built like a stone wall" physiology goliaths are known for, with broad frames and thick limbs that make the oversized weapons look almost reasonable.

At The Table

Goliaths get typecast as "big strong fighter" too often, but the armor here tells a different story. These aren't tribal warriors — they've got access to proper metalwork and resources. Perfect for a goliath war party that's descended from the mountains to settle old scores, or mercenaries who've made enough coin to upgrade from hides to plate. In D&D 5e or Pathfinder 2e, they work as elite bodyguards for a frost giant jarl, or the vanguard of a raiding force hitting civilized settlements.

For Shadowdark or OSE, scale them as mini-bosses — 4 HD warriors with brutal two-handed weapon damage and thick armor. Give them pack tactics (they've clearly fought together before) and watch your party sweat when all four close ranks. The wolf fur cloaks practically write themselves into a Dolmenwood encounter: oath-bound hunters from the nagwood's edge, chasing something that fled into the deeper woods. They're not hostile unless the party gets in the way, but good luck explaining that when four armored giants march through your camp at midnight.

In a campaign with stronghold rules, these make excellent garrison commanders or elite troops. The set of four lets you field a proper unit on the battlefield or position them as rival champions in a gladiatorial arc. Each sculpt has enough character to be a named NPC rather than generic muscle.

Printed in high-quality resin. Supplied unpainted. 50mm bases, 32mm scale.
