Stone-Wheeled Grinding Mill Wheel

Regular price €5,95

Every blacksmith's workshop needs the tools of the trade — this grinding wheel adds instant authenticity to any craftsman's corner.

A heavy stone disc sits mounted in its iron crank bracket, perched atop a sturdy A-frame of weathered timber. The wood grain is deeply textured with splits and knots, the metal fittings studded with hand-forged rivets, and the grinding stone itself shows hairline cracks from years of sharpening blades. Standing just 3.4 cm tall, this single-piece resin scatter terrain is packed with fine detail and arrives ready to paint.

Drop this beside an anvil and forge to complete a blacksmith's workshop, or place it in a military camp where soldiers sharpen weapons before a siege. In D&D or Pathfinder sessions, it becomes an interactive prop — the party's fighter hones a newly looted blade, or a desperate brawl sends sparks flying as someone's face meets the stone. For skirmish games and wargaming, it works beautifully as light scatter, adding visual interest to village squares and market districts without disrupting movement. Printed in resin for maximum detail at 28mm scale.

Prepping Our Minis

  • Delicate minis and weapons may come still on their print supports to protect them in shipping.
  • To remove supports soak in warm water for 20 sec then peel away by hand or carefully use snips or scalpel.
  • An extra wash in soapy water and a dry in a sunny spot never hurts.
  • You can paint straight onto our resin minis but we recommend priming for a smoother and longer lasting result.
  • We recommend a gel superglue (we sell Loctite PowerGel if you need to grab some). Poly/cement will not work.
