FAQ

Where is my order?
Rest assured, we are printing, cleaning up and shipping your order as fast as we can. Myth Forged is just the two of us (Sam and Steve) so sometimes in busier periods a bit of a queue can develop. Average dispatch time is 5 days but check the banner at the top of the site for accurate lead times.

What kind of glue should I use?
I use a gel super glue. We sell Loctite on the store as we know it works!
Poly/plastic cement will not work

What prep do I need to do for painting?
The miniatures should be ready for a priming coat, however I'd always recommend a quick wash with warm, soapy water. You can paint directly onto the mini, but I recommend priming.

Why have some of the miniatures come on supports?
I ship delicate or small things with the supports still attached. I've found that things get broken and/or lost if I don't. If you submerge them in hot warm for 15 seconds, most miniatures will peel off the supports really easily. Just go slowly and steadily.

My mini feels sticky/tacky to touch - what's going on?
Sometimes the combination of humidity and the packaging causes the washing solution to make the surface a little tacky. This can be solved with a wash in either isopolyl alcohol, or just hot soapy water. Leave to dry in the sun/warm dry place and they'll be fine.

Unleash the awe-inspiring Cultists Riding Giant Armored Crocodiles miniatures into your Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder 2E, or Call of Cthulhu campaigns. This set of four figures embodies the might and mystery of an ancient Egyptian-styled cult, whose members have mastered the art of riding colossal crocodiles, armored for war and adorned with symbols of their dark deities. Each cultist, cloaked in robes that whisper of arcane secrets and divine favor, is perched atop their fearsome mount, ready to strike at the heart of their enemies with the combined force of magic and beastly power.

The sculpture of each figure in this set is a detailed homage to the fusion of human ambition and the primal ferocity of nature's perfect predators. The giant crocodiles, encased in ornately crafted armor, represent a formidable presence on any battlefield, their scales a testament to both natural resilience and the protective blessings of their riders' gods. The cultists themselves are depicted in dynamic poses, wielding weapons and arcane symbols, their faces obscured by masks or hoods that hint at the mysterious origins and inscrutable goals of their order.

For miniature painting enthusiasts, the Cultists Riding Giant Armored Crocodiles set offers a canvas rich with potential for creativity and precision. The armored crocodiles provide an opportunity to explore metallic effects and patina techniques, bringing out the ancient Egyptian styling in their adornments. The cultists' robes can be painted to reflect the desert hues and the vibrant colors of Nile civilization, with careful attention to the intricate patterns and symbols that denote their rank and role within the cult. The interaction between rider and mount, through the flow of robes and the positioning of weapons, invites a careful study of movement and harmony in the composition.

Incorporating these formidable pairs into your TTRPG sessions introduces elements of ancient mysticism, divine power, and the untamed ferocity of the natural world. Whether they serve as elite guards of a forgotten temple in Dungeons and Dragons, emissaries of a dark god in Pathfinder 2E, or the harbingers of a rising curse in Call of Cthulhu, these cultists and their crocodile mounts add a layer of depth and intrigue to your narrative. Their appearance on the scene elevates the stakes, challenging players to confront the combined might of magic, faith, and the predatory strength of the crocodiles, ensuring memorable encounters that will leave a lasting mark on your campaign's lore.
