Please remember, we are just two human beings running this little business and mistakes do happen! Equally, because we are real human beings running our own business we have the authority to make things right and civilly discuss any issues you may have. Treat us with kindness and patience, we always want happy customers at the end of the day, even if we got something wrong along the way...
Order Cancellation
Due to the print to order nature of our production, we can only accept order cancellations within 3 hours of the order being placed. After that, cancelling the order will be subject to a £5 per item restocking fee.
The 3 hour cooling off period will be honoured as long as first contact to us is received within 3 hours of order placement, so don't worry if we don't respond to your message within that timeframe (everyone's gotta sleep sometime!).
This policy is in place because we have an inventory of thousands of products and simply cannot hold stock which would take up space we don't have and may realistically never sell again in the configuration you have ordered it. This would cause financial loss but is also not an environmentally ideal situation.
If you need to make changes to an order (quantities, sizes, swapping a mini etc) drop us an email to support@mythforged.co.uk asap and we will always do our best to make this happen (though we cannot make any guarantees if production has already begun).
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. As items are made to order they are only eligible for return if they arrive not as described, defective or damaged. There is no change of mind contingency after the item has entered into manufacture (after our 3 hour cooling-off period).
Our policy may seem different to what you are used to from other generic retailers. This is because under legislation: "certain types of items cannot be returned, such as [...] custom products (such as special orders, bespoke and made to order items or personalised items)."
To be eligible for a return with a qualifying issue, you may be asked to provide evidence of the item as you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, or discuss any issue with your order you can contact us at support@mythforged.co.uk. If a return is necessary, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and offer a solution.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
