FAQ

Where is my order?
Rest assured, we are printing, cleaning up and shipping your order as fast as we can. Myth Forged is just the two of us (Sam and Steve) so sometimes in busier periods a bit of a queue can develop. Average dispatch time is 5 days but check the banner at the top of the site for accurate lead times.

What kind of glue should I use?
I use a gel super glue. We sell Loctite on the store as we know it works!
Poly/plastic cement will not work

What prep do I need to do for painting?
The miniatures should be ready for a priming coat, however I'd always recommend a quick wash with warm, soapy water. You can paint directly onto the mini, but I recommend priming.

Why have some of the miniatures come on supports?
I ship delicate or small things with the supports still attached. I've found that things get broken and/or lost if I don't. If you submerge them in hot warm for 15 seconds, most miniatures will peel off the supports really easily. Just go slowly and steadily.

My mini feels sticky/tacky to touch - what's going on?
Sometimes the combination of humidity and the packaging causes the washing solution to make the surface a little tacky. This can be solved with a wash in either isopolyl alcohol, or just hot soapy water. Leave to dry in the sun/warm dry place and they'll be fine.

Bring a formidable presence to your Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder 2E, or Call of Cthulhu games with the Fierce Ursine Warrior miniature, a member of the Bearfolk. This powerful warrior merges the inherent might and resilience of a bear with the strategic prowess of a seasoned fighter. Clad in heavy, battle-hardened armor designed to fit his robust frame, this Bearfolk warrior brandishes a spear, held ready behind him in a stance that suggests both defense and preparation for a sudden charge.

The sculpture of the Ursine Warrior captures the essence of his strength and readiness for combat. His posture is tense and anticipatory, with the spear not just carried but poised in such a way that he can swiftly transition into attack mode. The armor is richly detailed, showing wear and battle scars, symbolizing a history of fierce engagements. It's designed not only for protection but also to intimidate foes with its bulk and the ferocity it projects.

For miniature painting enthusiasts, this Ursine Warrior offers a canvas full of rich details and opportunities for creativity. The armor can be painted to highlight its ruggedness, with techniques that suggest a variety of textures such as weathered steel or hammered iron, reflecting the Bearfolk's artisan craftsmanship. The spear provides a contrast to the heavy armor, perhaps with wood and metal elements that can be detailed for realism or embellished with tribal motifs to reflect the warrior's heritage. The bear's fur peeking out from under the armor offers a chance to use naturalistic colors that add life and texture to the figure.

Incorporating this Fierce Ursine Warrior into your TTRPG sessions introduces a character that embodies strength and raw power. Whether as a formidable enemy to be bested, a noble ally in battle, or a sentinel guarding ancient tribal lands, this Bearfolk warrior enhances the game's dynamics. His presence can lead to dramatic combat scenarios, strategic planning sessions with the party, or deep dives into the lore of the Bearfolk and their customs.

This Ursine Warrior not only provides tactical depth to gameplay but also adds a visually striking element to the campaign, making every encounter with him memorable and impactful.
