One deep breath. One horn blast. Every head at the table turns.

A broad, bearded performer plants his boots and puts his whole chest into an enormous wooden horn, cheeks full and eyes squeezed shut mid-blast. A belted coat, studded cuffs, a swept-back cloak and a small pouch at his hip give him the look of a seasoned showman who knows exactly how to command a crowd. A little bird perched on the horn's wooden stand lets out a cry of its own, adding cheeky personality to the scene.

Printed in high-resolution resin, this miniature captures crisp wood grain on the horn, rope lashings on its stand, fine stitching and buttons on the clothing, and expressive detail in the face and beard. It is a rewarding piece to paint and a memorable one to own. Put him on the table as a travelling musician, a signal-caller or an unforgettable ally.
