FAQ

Where is my order?
Rest assured, we are printing, cleaning up and shipping your order as fast as we can. Myth Forged is just the two of us (Sam and Steve) so sometimes in busier periods a bit of a queue can develop. Average dispatch time is 5 days but check the banner at the top of the site for accurate lead times.

What kind of glue should I use?
I use a gel super glue. We sell Loctite on the store as we know it works!
Poly/plastic cement will not work

What prep do I need to do for painting?
The miniatures should be ready for a priming coat, however I'd always recommend a quick wash with warm, soapy water. You can paint directly onto the mini, but I recommend priming.

Why have some of the miniatures come on supports?
I ship delicate or small things with the supports still attached. I've found that things get broken and/or lost if I don't. If you submerge them in hot warm for 15 seconds, most miniatures will peel off the supports really easily. Just go slowly and steadily.

My mini feels sticky/tacky to touch - what's going on?
Sometimes the combination of humidity and the packaging causes the washing solution to make the surface a little tacky. This can be solved with a wash in either isopolyl alcohol, or just hot soapy water. Leave to dry in the sun/warm dry place and they'll be fine.

Introduce a menacing and formidable character to your Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder 2E, or Call of Cthulhu campaigns with the Brutish Ratfolk miniature. This towering, snarling ratfolk wields a dagger, ominously dripping with poison, ready to strike down foes with both brute strength and lethal cunning. His large, muscular build and fierce demeanor make him a terrifying presence on any battlefield, perfect for a formidable antagonist or a fearsome ally.

The sculpture of this Brutish Ratfolk captures his aggressive posture and raw physical power. His expression is one of rage and determination, with furrowed brows and bared teeth adding to his intimidating appearance. The dagger in his hand is detailed, showing a crude yet effective design, with droplets of poison illustrated to emphasize its deadly potential. His ragged clothing and armor hint at his rough lifestyle, surviving and thriving in a harsh, unforgiving environment.

For miniature painting enthusiasts, this Brutish Ratfolk offers a delightful challenge. The texture of his fur provides an opportunity for varied brushwork, highlighting the contours of his muscular frame. The poisoned dagger can be a focal point, with glossy or iridescent paint effects used to simulate the venom. The overall color scheme can be dark and muted to reflect his sinister nature, with pops of color on the dagger to draw the eye.

Incorporating this Brutish Ratfolk into your TTRPG sessions adds a layer of danger and unpredictability. He can serve as a daunting enemy, using his poisoned dagger to deliver devastating sneak attacks or as a guard under the employ of a dark power. His formidable size and strength make him an excellent challenge for players, requiring them to think strategically to overcome his combination of physical prowess and stealthy lethality.

This miniature not only enhances the tactical complexity of your game but also deepens the thematic storytelling, providing players with a memorable encounter against a character who exemplifies the brutal survival instincts and cunning typical of ratfolk.
