FAQ

Where is my order?
Rest assured, we are printing, cleaning up and shipping your order as fast as we can. Myth Forged is just the two of us (Sam and Steve) so sometimes in busier periods a bit of a queue can develop. Average dispatch time is 5 days but check the banner at the top of the site for accurate lead times.

What kind of glue should I use?
I use a gel super glue. We sell Loctite on the store as we know it works!
Poly/plastic cement will not work

What prep do I need to do for painting?
The miniatures should be ready for a priming coat, however I'd always recommend a quick wash with warm, soapy water. You can paint directly onto the mini, but I recommend priming.

Why have some of the miniatures come on supports?
I ship delicate or small things with the supports still attached. I've found that things get broken and/or lost if I don't. If you submerge them in hot warm for 15 seconds, most miniatures will peel off the supports really easily. Just go slowly and steadily.

My mini feels sticky/tacky to touch - what's going on?
Sometimes the combination of humidity and the packaging causes the washing solution to make the surface a little tacky. This can be solved with a wash in either isopolyl alcohol, or just hot soapy water. Leave to dry in the sun/warm dry place and they'll be fine.

Introduce a fearsome and imposing figure to your Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder 2E, or Call of Cthulhu campaigns with the Brutish Ratfolk miniature. This large, snarling ratfolk exudes raw physical power and unchecked aggression, captured mid-swing with a massive club. His menacing demeanor and formidable size make him a terrifying presence on the battlefield, ideal for a villainous enforcer or a savage combatant in any dark and twisted campaign.

The sculpture of this Brutish Ratfolk is designed to showcase his muscular build and fierce expression. Standing taller and bulkier than typical ratfolk, he embodies brute strength and primal fury. The club in his hand is oversized and crudely made, adding to the barbaric nature of his character. His fur is matted and unkempt, his fangs bared in a snarl that promises violence and chaos.

For miniature painting enthusiasts, this Brutish Ratfolk offers an exciting challenge. His textured fur allows for detailed work with shading to enhance his rugged appearance. The club can be painted to look weathered and blood-stained, suggesting many previous battles. His eyes could be given a fierce glow or a wild look, emphasizing his ferocity and unpredictable nature.

Incorporating this Brutish Ratfolk into your TTRPG sessions brings a character who can dominate physical confrontations and intimidate foes before a fight even begins. He can serve as a formidable obstacle for players, requiring clever tactics and teamwork to overcome. His presence can also enrich the narrative, adding tension and danger to the story, whether he is a hired muscle for a nefarious villain or a wild creature defending its lair.

This miniature not only adds a thrilling element of danger to your game but also deepens the thematic storytelling, providing players with a memorable encounter against a creature that embodies the raw and wild aspects of the fantasy world.
