FAQ

Where is my order?
Rest assured, we are printing, cleaning up and shipping your order as fast as we can. Myth Forged is just the two of us (Sam and Steve) so sometimes in busier periods a bit of a queue can develop. Average dispatch time is 5 days but check the banner at the top of the site for accurate lead times.

What kind of glue should I use?
I use a gel super glue. We sell Loctite on the store as we know it works!
Poly/plastic cement will not work

What prep do I need to do for painting?
The miniatures should be ready for a priming coat, however I'd always recommend a quick wash with warm, soapy water. You can paint directly onto the mini, but I recommend priming.

Why have some of the miniatures come on supports?
I ship delicate or small things with the supports still attached. I've found that things get broken and/or lost if I don't. If you submerge them in hot warm for 15 seconds, most miniatures will peel off the supports really easily. Just go slowly and steadily.

My mini feels sticky/tacky to touch - what's going on?
Sometimes the combination of humidity and the packaging causes the washing solution to make the surface a little tacky. This can be solved with a wash in either isopolyl alcohol, or just hot soapy water. Leave to dry in the sun/warm dry place and they'll be fine.

The Howling Lycan D miniature is a striking representation of a fearsome lycanthrope, captured at the apex of a powerful howl. Standing on a 50mm base, this figure exudes dominance with its dynamic pose, one leg perched on a rocky outcrop as if ready to pounce. Meticulously crafted, the lycanthrope’s muscular form is enveloped in finely detailed fur, accentuating its wild and untamed nature. The creature's open maw, sharp teeth, and outstretched clawed hands convey a sense of imminent action and raw power.

This miniature tells the story of a creature torn between worlds, possibly a werewolf caught mid-transformation. It wears tattered remnants of clothing, hinting at a humanoid past or a savage lifestyle in a dark, primal forest. The complex array of gear on its back—comprising bones and totems—suggests a shamanistic or tribal role, adding layers to its backstory and inviting players to explore its mysterious origins in their campaigns.

For roleplayers and storytellers, the Howling Lycan D offers endless possibilities. Whether serving as a formidable foe in battle or a cursed ally with a tragic past, this miniature enriches any tabletop setting with its detailed design and evocative presence. Perfect for Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder, and other tabletop RPGs, it provides a captivating focal point for your adventures, bringing your games to life with dramatic flair.
