Once you place your order, we will immediately start the process of queuing, printing and processing your items. There are lots of steps including cleaning, curing and packing. Always check the yellow banner at the top of the site for live lead times or contact us before ordering if you have a specific deadline you need to meet. A delivery estimate will be calculated for you at checkout in accordance with our current lead times plus the shipping time to your location.
Please note that express shipping only covers the speed of the shipping aspect of your order from point of dispatch. This does not expedite your order's position in the print queue. If you have a deadline to work to please get in touch prior to ordering, we will always do our best to make it happen if we can!
Orders are not sent tracked unless you upgrade to this option at checkout. You will be sent a tracking link in your dispatch notification email but with standard shipping this provides limited information, especially for international orders.
Delivery timeframes after dispatch:
UK
Standard: Royal Mail 2nd Class usually takes about 2-5 days.
Express: Royal Mail 1st Class usually takes about 1-3 days.
International
We dispatch from the UK with DHL. All of our packages must then clear customs in their arrival country. Then they will generally be handled and delivered by the main postal service in your area.
Standard:
Europe - usually 2-3 weeks.
USA - usually 3-6 weeks.
Australia - usually 4-6 weeks.
Express: We are starting to offer some international express shipping options, these will be visible at checkout if available in your location.

Unless otherwise mentioned, the minis will be sized according to 28mm D&D scale, which is
- Medium - 1" base (25mm)
- Large - 2" base (50mm)
- Huge - 3" base (75mm)
- Gargantuan- 4" base (100mm)

I wanted 4 but ordered 3 initially because there wasnt an option for more than that. After putting in the order I noticed that I could order another one individually. I messaged the seller if I could change the quantity from my order from 3 to 4, explaining to them that there was no option to purchase more than 3, and he said to go ahead and place a new order for a single one and he would refund the shipping cost while delivering all 4 together. I said awesome and so I purchased another one because the seller said they would refund the 12 dollar shipping and just combine the two orders. Well I've reached out TWICE asking for the refunded he told me I would get (still hasnt been made) and on top of that the packaging was not the best. One of the minis hand came broken off.*ISSUE WAS SATISFACTORILY RECTIFIED BY SELLER*
