FAQ

Where is my order?
Rest assured, we are printing, cleaning up and shipping your order as fast as we can. Myth Forged is just the two of us (Sam and Steve) so sometimes in busier periods a bit of a queue can develop. Average dispatch time is 5 days but check the banner at the top of the site for accurate lead times.

What kind of glue should I use?
I use a gel super glue. We sell Loctite on the store as we know it works!
Poly/plastic cement will not work

What prep do I need to do for painting?
The miniatures should be ready for a priming coat, however I'd always recommend a quick wash with warm, soapy water. You can paint directly onto the mini, but I recommend priming.

Why have some of the miniatures come on supports?
I ship delicate or small things with the supports still attached. I've found that things get broken and/or lost if I don't. If you submerge them in hot warm for 15 seconds, most miniatures will peel off the supports really easily. Just go slowly and steadily.

My mini feels sticky/tacky to touch - what's going on?
Sometimes the combination of humidity and the packaging causes the washing solution to make the surface a little tacky. This can be solved with a wash in either isopolyl alcohol, or just hot soapy water. Leave to dry in the sun/warm dry place and they'll be fine.

Bring a fervent zeal to your Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder 2E, or Call of Cthulhu campaigns with the Four Sun Cultist Warriors miniatures. These figures represent the militant arm of a sun-worshipping sect, each cultist garbed in ceremonial armor and brandishing weapons sanctified by their fiery devotion. In one hand, they hold icons of the sun, symbols that radiate their commitment to their cause and potentially channel divine energy. Their other hands wield righteous weaponry, designed not only to combat the darkness but to enforce the will of their sun deity upon unbelievers.

The sculptures of the Sun Cultist Warriors are crafted with attention to detail that conveys both their fanaticism and their martial prowess. Their armor, though functional, bears ornate symbols of the sun, glowing with golds and fiery oranges that reflect their faith’s intensity. The icons they carry could range from elaborate sun discs to staffs topped with radiant symbols, serving as both spiritual and physical shields against their foes. Their weapons—swords, maces, or spears—are etched with solar motifs and are held aloft as if offering their deeds to their deity.

For miniature painting enthusiasts, these Sun Cultist Warriors offer a vibrant canvas. The armor provides an opportunity to experiment with metallic golds and burnished bronzes, emphasizing the richness and sanctity of their adornments. The sun icons and weaponry can be highlighted to show intricate details, using techniques that give them a glowing effect, as if imbued with actual sunlight. This not only enhances their visual appeal but also underscores their role as divine emissaries.

Incorporating the Sun Cultist Warriors into your TTRPG sessions introduces a group of fervent adversaries or allies driven by a zealous faith. They can serve as guardians of a sacred sun temple, emissaries on a divine mission to spread their faith, or formidable foes against whom the players must contend. Their presence brings a complex layer of moral and ethical dilemmas to the campaign, challenging players to navigate the fine line between faith and fanaticism, and to confront the implications of religious zeal turned militant.

These warriors, with their sun icons and righteous weaponry, add a thematic depth to any game, enriching the narrative with questions of faith, power, and the consequences of religious fervor.
