- Delicate minis and weapons may come still on their print supports to protect them in shipping.
- To remove supports soak in warm water for 20 sec then peel away by hand or carefully use snips or scalpel.
- An extra wash in soapy water and a dry in a sunny spot never hurts.
- You can paint straight onto our resin minis but we recommend priming for a smoother and longer lasting result.
- We recommend a gel superglue (we sell Loctite PowerGel if you need to grab some). Poly/cement will not work.

The seller said that he can customize the size of the mini, so I specified the exact height I wanted it from feet to eye level in the customer’s notes, per his instructions. I even messaged him directly to make sure he understood the size I wanted it to be.
After waiting a month-and-a-half for my item to ship, I opened the box to find that, despite my clear and specific instructions, it was 15 mm taller than the size I ordered.
The quality of the print is good, but the seller’s compliance with my request was bafflingly terrible.
Item arrived 9 days late, held up overseas. Nothing the seller could do out of their hands. Item in perfect condition- very detailed! cant wait to assemble and paint.
