FAQ

Where is my order?
Rest assured, we are printing, cleaning up and shipping your order as fast as we can. Myth Forged is just the two of us (Sam and Steve) so sometimes in busier periods a bit of a queue can develop. Average dispatch time is 5 days but check the banner at the top of the site for accurate lead times.

What kind of glue should I use?
I use a gel super glue. We sell Loctite on the store as we know it works!
Poly/plastic cement will not work

What prep do I need to do for painting?
The miniatures should be ready for a priming coat, however I'd always recommend a quick wash with warm, soapy water. You can paint directly onto the mini, but I recommend priming.

Why have some of the miniatures come on supports?
I ship delicate or small things with the supports still attached. I've found that things get broken and/or lost if I don't. If you submerge them in hot warm for 15 seconds, most miniatures will peel off the supports really easily. Just go slowly and steadily.

My mini feels sticky/tacky to touch - what's going on?
Sometimes the combination of humidity and the packaging causes the washing solution to make the surface a little tacky. This can be solved with a wash in either isopolyl alcohol, or just hot soapy water. Leave to dry in the sun/warm dry place and they'll be fine.

Introduce a compelling figure to your Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder 2E, or Call of Cthulhu campaigns with the Sun Cultist miniature. This miniature captures the fervor of a devout follower holding aloft a symbol of the sun, embodying their unwavering devotion to their solar deity. The cultist's pose, with the sun symbol raised high, suggests a moment of proclamation or invocation, as if channeling the divine power of the sun to bless allies or smite foes. The attire of the cultist, while functional for ceremonial purposes, is adorned with sun motifs and fiery designs that reflect the intensity of their faith.

The sculpture of this Sun Cultist is meticulously detailed, showcasing the textures and patterns of their ceremonial garb, which might include flowing robes and ornamental accessories that denote their religious status. The sun symbol itself is a focal point, intricately designed to catch the eye and signify the cultist's spiritual and magical focus.

For miniature painting enthusiasts, this Sun Cultist offers a vibrant canvas. The robes provide an opportunity to explore rich, warm colors like golds, oranges, and reds, reflecting the solar theme. The sun symbol can be painted with metallic paints or techniques that suggest a glowing effect, emphasizing its significance as a conduit for celestial energy. This not only enhances the visual appeal but also highlights the cultist’s role as a spiritual emissary.

Incorporating the Sun Cultist into your TTRPG sessions introduces a character who can act as a fervent adversary, a mysterious guide, or a fanatical leader of a sun-worshipping sect. Their ability to wield the power symbolized by the sun icon adds a dynamic element to encounters, potentially offering blessings, healings, or fiery wrath. Their presence can deepen the narrative, involving the players in plots that explore themes of faith, power, and the consequences of religious zeal.

This Sun Cultist, with their symbol held high, serves not only as a unique combatant or NPC but also enriches the thematic depth of the game, offering GMs and players alike opportunities to engage with complex motivations and divine interventions.
