Prepping Our Minis

Delicate minis and weapons may come still on their print supports to protect them in shipping.
To remove supports soak in warm water for 20 sec then peel away by hand or carefully use snips or scalpel.
An extra wash in soapy water and a dry in a sunny spot never hurts.
You can paint straight onto our resin minis but we recommend priming for a smoother and longer lasting result.
We recommend a gel superglue (we sell Loctite PowerGel if you need to grab some). Poly/cement will not work.

Didn't come on time, but it might've been DHL's fault.

I was really looking forward to receiving my item, but when it got here, the pieces didn’t fit together as they are in the picture. Very disappointed as this is for a birthday DnD game. I contacted the seller back on 22nd of May still waiting to hear back from them to sort out the issue.

This did come from another country but I swear it was just sitting in one spot for 2-3 weeks and I just wish he’d answer his messages sooner to give updates. However the quality and design is legendary. Thank u so much u are definitely amongst my top 5 sellers.

Really happy with the model. One complaint is that the single leg on the base makes the ankle a point of weakness. It has broken several times but I have been able to fix it. Everything else is perfect.

After ordering a red dragon and being blown away by the model and print quality, I decided to get this miniature for my player who's forever casting polymorph and it's absolutely outstanding. By far the biggest mini I own and there's still so many details in it, I can't wait to paint it!
