This miniature is officially licensed by Artisan's Guild
Once you place your order, we will immediately start the process of queuing, printing and processing your items. There are lots of steps including cleaning, curing and packing. Always check the yellow banner at the top of the site for live lead times or contact us before ordering if you have a specific deadline you need to meet. A delivery estimate will be calculated for you at checkout in accordance with our current lead times plus the shipping time to your location.
Please note that express shipping only covers the speed of the shipping aspect of your order from point of dispatch. This does not expedite your order's position in the print queue. If you have a deadline to work to please get in touch prior to ordering, we will always do our best to make it happen if we can!
Orders are not sent tracked unless you upgrade to this option at checkout. You will be sent a tracking link in your dispatch notification email but with standard shipping this provides limited information, especially for international orders.
Delivery timeframes after dispatch:
UK
Standard: Royal Mail 2nd Class usually takes about 2-5 days.
Express: Royal Mail 1st Class usually takes about 1-3 days.
International
We dispatch from the UK with DHL. All of our packages must then clear customs in their arrival country. Then they will generally be handled and delivered by the main postal service in your area.
Standard:
Europe - usually 2-3 weeks.
USA - usually 3-6 weeks.
Australia - usually 4-6 weeks.
Express: We are starting to offer some international express shipping options, these will be visible at checkout if available in your location.

Arrived very well packaged and details were great. The resin was slightly flexible which made it perfect for those tiny details.
Have not assembled them yet but each part is fully detailed and easy to remove from the supports

Items were of high quality
A great little mini, but I had some difficulty getting his hands and weapons off the printed structure. The end of the whip-chain broke off and had to be glued on. Otherwise, he looks good 👍
The miniatures themselves were really nice quality and packaged great.
My main complaint is that their hands, shields and weapons, which came separately (this part isn't uncommon), came still attached to a huge mass of 3D printed supports. Pic attached. I had to pry them off myself, which resulted in nearly all of them breaking and me having to re-glue them. I have never seen this done before, where fragile weapons/shields were sent in a mass/web of plastic supports, with the customer expected to cut them out. That is the job of the person doing the printing. At least that is my experience, having ordered hundreds of minis. In the future, I would love for the seller to just cut them out, stick them in a tiny container or wrap them carefully in a little baggie, and you're good to go.
Otherwise, the prints were great.
