FAQ

Where is my order?
Rest assured, we are printing, cleaning up and shipping your order as fast as we can. Myth Forged is just the two of us (Sam and Steve) so sometimes in busier periods a bit of a queue can develop. Average dispatch time is 5 days but check the banner at the top of the site for accurate lead times.

What kind of glue should I use?
I use a gel super glue. We sell Loctite on the store as we know it works!
Poly/plastic cement will not work

What prep do I need to do for painting?
The miniatures should be ready for a priming coat, however I'd always recommend a quick wash with warm, soapy water. You can paint directly onto the mini, but I recommend priming.

Why have some of the miniatures come on supports?
I ship delicate or small things with the supports still attached. I've found that things get broken and/or lost if I don't. If you submerge them in hot warm for 15 seconds, most miniatures will peel off the supports really easily. Just go slowly and steadily.

My mini feels sticky/tacky to touch - what's going on?
Sometimes the combination of humidity and the packaging causes the washing solution to make the surface a little tacky. This can be solved with a wash in either isopolyl alcohol, or just hot soapy water. Leave to dry in the sun/warm dry place and they'll be fine.

With coiled menace and scales bristling, this creeping basilisk prowls from atop a shattered rock formation, ready to petrify any adventurer bold enough to meet its gaze. Its muscular, armored body is adorned with wickedly sharp spines, and its mouth is open in a snarl, revealing a line of serrated teeth designed to tear through even the toughest armor. The sculpted flow of the basilisk’s twisted body conveys a sense of fluid, sinister movement, as if it could slither forward at any moment, leaving a trail of statues in its wake.

Perfect for Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, or other TTRPGs, this basilisk miniature captures the essence of one of fantasy’s most iconic and fearsome beasts. Dungeon Masters can use it to heighten tension during an encounter in an ancient ruin or underground lair, where adventurers risk permanent petrification with each passing moment. Its presence promises a challenging battle for seasoned players, one where tactics and strategy are crucial to avoid its deadly gaze.

Hobbyists and painters will revel in the details, from the scales and spines to the rugged rock base that frames this creature in its natural element. Whether highlighting its sinister eyes or emphasizing the textures along its body, this miniature offers ample opportunity to bring a petrifying creature of legend to life on the tabletop.
