Scatter Terrain

Scatter terrain fills the space between the big pieces - debris piles, tipped market stalls, rubble heaps, broken fences, scattered crates, woodpiles, and the general clutter that makes a battlefield look like somewhere people actually live (or used to). A few pieces of good scatter transform a flat mat into a readable encounter.
