FAQ

Where is my order?
Rest assured, we are printing, cleaning up and shipping your order as fast as we can. Myth Forged is just the two of us (Sam and Steve) so sometimes in busier periods a bit of a queue can develop. Average dispatch time is 5 days but check the banner at the top of the site for accurate lead times.

What kind of glue should I use?
I use a gel super glue. We sell Loctite on the store as we know it works!
Poly/plastic cement will not work

What prep do I need to do for painting?
The miniatures should be ready for a priming coat, however I'd always recommend a quick wash with warm, soapy water. You can paint directly onto the mini, but I recommend priming.

Why have some of the miniatures come on supports?
I ship delicate or small things with the supports still attached. I've found that things get broken and/or lost if I don't. If you submerge them in hot warm for 15 seconds, most miniatures will peel off the supports really easily. Just go slowly and steadily.

My mini feels sticky/tacky to touch - what's going on?
Sometimes the combination of humidity and the packaging causes the washing solution to make the surface a little tacky. This can be solved with a wash in either isopolyl alcohol, or just hot soapy water. Leave to dry in the sun/warm dry place and they'll be fine.

Introduce an imposing force to your Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder 2E, or Call of Cthulhu adventures with the Muscular Yakfolk Warrior miniature. This figure, standing tall and armed with a spear, embodies the raw power and readiness for battle that the yakfolk are known for. Its muscular physique and determined stance suggest a creature not only built for combat but also eager to engage in the fray, making it a formidable presence in any TTRPG setting.

The sculpture of the Muscular Yakfolk Warrior captures the essence of strength and aggression. The detailing on the yakfolk's fur, combined with the intricate design of its armor and weaponry, reflects a warrior ready for action. The spear, held firmly in both hands, is not just a weapon but a symbol of the yakfolk's martial prowess. The figure's pose, with feet planted and muscles tensed, conveys a sense of anticipation, as if the warrior is assessing its next move in the heat of battle.

For miniature painting enthusiasts, this unpainted figure presents an exciting opportunity to bring the yakfolk warrior to life. The contrast between the yakfolk's fur and the textures of its armor and spear offers a dynamic painting challenge. The figure's muscular build provides an excellent canvas for highlighting anatomical details, while the armor and weapons allow for experimentation with metallic effects and aging techniques to convey battle-worn gear.

Deploying the Muscular Yakfolk Warrior in your TTRPG sessions introduces a character of formidable strength and combat skill. Whether serving as a noble guardian in a Dungeons and Dragons campaign, a fearsome adversary in Pathfinder 2E, or a powerful ally in a Call of Cthulhu mystery, this miniature adds depth and intensity to your gameplay. It's not just a figure on the gaming table; it's a symbol of the raw physical power and battle readiness that define the yakfolk, enhancing the narrative and challenging players to confront or harness such might in their adventures.
