FAQ

Where is my order?
Rest assured, we are printing, cleaning up and shipping your order as fast as we can. Myth Forged is just the two of us (Sam and Steve) so sometimes in busier periods a bit of a queue can develop. Average dispatch time is 5 days but check the banner at the top of the site for accurate lead times.

What kind of glue should I use?
I use a gel super glue. We sell Loctite on the store as we know it works!
Poly/plastic cement will not work

What prep do I need to do for painting?
The miniatures should be ready for a priming coat, however I'd always recommend a quick wash with warm, soapy water. You can paint directly onto the mini, but I recommend priming.

Why have some of the miniatures come on supports?
I ship delicate or small things with the supports still attached. I've found that things get broken and/or lost if I don't. If you submerge them in hot warm for 15 seconds, most miniatures will peel off the supports really easily. Just go slowly and steadily.

My mini feels sticky/tacky to touch - what's going on?
Sometimes the combination of humidity and the packaging causes the washing solution to make the surface a little tacky. This can be solved with a wash in either isopolyl alcohol, or just hot soapy water. Leave to dry in the sun/warm dry place and they'll be fine.

Introduce an eerie and malevolent force to your Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder 2E, or Call of Cthulhu campaigns with the Moon Hag miniature, a sinister figure accompanied by her undead children. This chilling character is the embodiment of nocturnal terror, a hag who draws her power from the moon and uses it to weave malevolent spells and ensnare her unwary victims. In front of her, a group of undead children, once innocent souls twisted into horrifying minions, stand ready to do her bidding. These ghastly figures serve as both a testament to the hag's dark powers and a foreboding warning to those who would oppose her. The Moon Hag herself is depicted in a moment of plotting, her gaze fixed on some unseen horizon, her mind weaving plans for her next victims.

The sculpture of the Moon Hag and her undead children captures the macabre essence of this dark matriarch and her brood. The hag's features are twisted in a malevolent grin, her attire ragged yet imbued with eldritch symbols that hint at her connection to the moon and the dark arts. The undead children, each uniquely horrifying, are positioned as if emerging from the shadows, ready to swarm upon the hag's command. The attention to detail in their expressions and postures adds a layer of unsettling realism to the scene, evoking both pity and dread.

For miniature painting enthusiasts, the Moon Hag and her undead children offer a canvas ripe with possibilities for creativity. The hag's features and attire provide an opportunity to experiment with textures and shades that highlight her otherworldly nature and the source of her power. The undead children, with their spectral appearances, invite a play of light and shadow to bring out the eerie details of their transformation, from the pallor of their undead skin to the tattered remnants of their clothing. The scene as a whole can be painted to evoke the chilling atmosphere of a moonlit night, with the hag standing as a dark silhouette against the glow of the moon.

Incorporating the Moon Hag and her undead children into your TTRPG sessions introduces a formidable antagonist who can serve as the centerpiece of a haunting storyline. Whether she is the mastermind behind a series of mysterious disappearances, the source of a malevolent curse afflicting a local village, or a dark patron seeking forbidden knowledge, the Moon Hag adds depth and intrigue to the narrative. Her presence challenges players to confront the horrors that lurk in the night and to unravel the schemes of a being whose malice is as vast as the night sky.
