Once you place your order, we will immediately start the process of queuing, printing and processing your items. There are lots of steps including cleaning, curing and packing. Always check the yellow banner at the top of the site for live lead times or contact us before ordering if you have a specific deadline you need to meet. A delivery estimate will be calculated for you at checkout in accordance with our current lead times plus the shipping time to your location.
Please note that express shipping only covers the speed of the shipping aspect of your order from point of dispatch. This does not expedite your order's position in the print queue. If you have a deadline to work to please get in touch prior to ordering, we will always do our best to make it happen if we can!
Orders are not sent tracked unless you upgrade to this option at checkout. You will be sent a tracking link in your dispatch notification email but with standard shipping this provides limited information, especially for international orders.
Delivery timeframes after dispatch:
UK
Standard: Royal Mail 2nd Class usually takes about 2-5 days.
Express: Royal Mail 1st Class usually takes about 1-3 days.
International
We dispatch from the UK with DHL. All of our packages must then clear customs in their arrival country. Then they will generally be handled and delivered by the main postal service in your area.
Standard:
Europe - usually 2-3 weeks.
USA - usually 3-6 weeks.
Australia - usually 4-6 weeks.
Express: We are starting to offer some international express shipping options, these will be visible at checkout if available in your location.

I was impressed with the moulding of the figure, but the separate wings needed their pegs filing and the holes in the body needed filing out too - this would be hard without the right tools. However one wing broke off the body as soon as I started handling it and I now need to drill out holes in the wings and body to fit a metal pin. If that succeeds I'll probably do teh other wing at the same time.
Arrived on time and in good condition, didn't come with a base though, but easily fixable. I love the detail
Balance is a bit off but otherwise great mini.
The mini is very nice (it came in the size I ordered), the issue is the way it is packaged. It was wrapped in this black plastic wrap (kind of like cling wrap) which wasn't good at cushioning the miniature and made it a bit difficult to unwrap the mini while being as careful as possible. So it came in with quite a few broken pieces (the wings came separately so they weren't broken but all of the little parts in the picture are broken pieces). This could be due to the long travel but it would possibly be helpful to add more support for items shipping far off. Can't score it under 4 stars though because it is a really nice piece.
