FAQ

Where is my order?
Rest assured, we are printing, cleaning up and shipping your order as fast as we can. Myth Forged is just the two of us (Sam and Steve) so sometimes in busier periods a bit of a queue can develop. Average dispatch time is 5 days but check the banner at the top of the site for accurate lead times.

What kind of glue should I use?
I use a gel super glue. We sell Loctite on the store as we know it works!
Poly/plastic cement will not work

What prep do I need to do for painting?
The miniatures should be ready for a priming coat, however I'd always recommend a quick wash with warm, soapy water. You can paint directly onto the mini, but I recommend priming.

Why have some of the miniatures come on supports?
I ship delicate or small things with the supports still attached. I've found that things get broken and/or lost if I don't. If you submerge them in hot warm for 15 seconds, most miniatures will peel off the supports really easily. Just go slowly and steadily.

My mini feels sticky/tacky to touch - what's going on?
Sometimes the combination of humidity and the packaging causes the washing solution to make the surface a little tacky. This can be solved with a wash in either isopolyl alcohol, or just hot soapy water. Leave to dry in the sun/warm dry place and they'll be fine.

Unleash a vision of horror upon your Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder 2E, or Call of Cthulhu game with the Ghoul Infested with a Tentacle Parasite miniature. This figure is a grotesque masterpiece, showcasing a ghoul in the throes of madness, its body taken over by a sinister tentacle parasite. The parasite, a vile entity seeking to spread its influence, has sprouted tentacles from the ghoul's back, turning the host into a puppet of destruction. The ghoul, already a creature of nightmare, is pushed further into the abyss of horror, its snarls and attacks fueled by the malicious will of its parasitic invader.

The sculpture captures the frenzied rage of the ghoul, its face contorted in a permanent snarl, eyes alight with madness. The tentacles emerge from its back in a chaotic array, each one alive with malevolent intent. The detail in the tentacles suggests a disturbing vitality, their slick, otherworldly texture contrasting with the decayed flesh of the ghoul. The pose is dynamic, encapsulating the ghoul's aggression as it lunges forward, driven by the parasite's insidious energy.

For miniature painting enthusiasts, this figure offers a unique challenge and opportunity to explore the horror genre within their craft. The contrast between the ghoul's decaying flesh and the vibrant, almost pulsating colors of the tentacles can create a visual representation of the struggle between host and parasite. Highlighting the madness in the ghoul's eyes and the snarling expression can bring a chilling life to the miniature, while the tentacles offer a chance to experiment with glossy finishes and unnatural hues that suggest an alien origin.

Incorporating the Ghoul Infested with a Tentacle Parasite into your TTRPG sessions introduces a harrowing enemy that embodies physical and psychological terror. Whether encountered in the depths of a cursed crypt, within the bowels of an ancient ruin, or as part of a dark necromancer's army, this miniature adds depth to your game's narrative. It serves as a visceral reminder of the corruption and malevolence that can infest the world, challenging players to confront the manifestations of pure evil. Encounters with this infested ghoul are not only battles for survival but also encounters with the deepest fears that such a creature represents: loss of control, transformation into something monstrous, and the presence of unseen, malevolent forces in the world.
