Once you place your order, we will immediately start the process of queuing, printing and processing your items. There are lots of steps including cleaning, curing and packing. Always check the yellow banner at the top of the site for live lead times or contact us before ordering if you have a specific deadline you need to meet. A delivery estimate will be calculated for you at checkout in accordance with our current lead times plus the shipping time to your location.
Please note that express shipping only covers the speed of the shipping aspect of your order from point of dispatch. This does not expedite your order's position in the print queue. If you have a deadline to work to please get in touch prior to ordering, we will always do our best to make it happen if we can!
Orders are not sent tracked unless you upgrade to this option at checkout. You will be sent a tracking link in your dispatch notification email but with standard shipping this provides limited information, especially for international orders.
Delivery timeframes after dispatch:
UK
Standard: Royal Mail 2nd Class usually takes about 2-5 days.
Express: Royal Mail 1st Class usually takes about 1-3 days.
International
We dispatch from the UK with DHL. All of our packages must then clear customs in their arrival country. Then they will generally be handled and delivered by the main postal service in your area.
Standard:
Europe - usually 2-3 weeks.
USA - usually 3-6 weeks.
Australia - usually 4-6 weeks.
Express: We are starting to offer some international express shipping options, these will be visible at checkout if available in your location.

Unless otherwise mentioned, the minis will be sized according to 28mm D&D scale, which is
- Medium - 1" base (25mm)
- Large - 2" base (50mm)
- Huge - 3" base (75mm)
- Gargantuan- 4" base (100mm)
First time order included a mystery box and was super happy with the items, pinup models were also incredible and highly detailed providing a very enjoyable experience when deciding on a scheme and painting them up to be displayed. 11/10 will order again.
Having been in the miniatures field for a while I needed a place with far more variety to keep my interest going. This shop blew me away with the quality and size of the figures provided, for the price I paid I was expecting them to be tiny, but as far as minis go, these are huge for the price you pay. The detail is superb and I can't wait to have some free time to paint these and get them ready for my next campaign. Will definitely be buying more from them as they greatly deserve all the support that can be given.
My order was easy to assemble and the minis were varied and interesting.
Bases were good the ogre was not assembled well gaps and parts not lined up and another had a defect on the leg looking like two knees on one leg... the others were fairly good but some also seemed to come from a seconds pile.
Great minis, good price, though construction of 1 of them gave me a bit of hassle was fun all the same.
