Prepping Our Minis

Delicate minis and weapons may come still on their print supports to protect them in shipping.
To remove supports soak in warm water for 20 sec then peel away by hand or carefully use snips or scalpel.
An extra wash in soapy water and a dry in a sunny spot never hurts.
You can paint straight onto our resin minis but we recommend priming for a smoother and longer lasting result.
We recommend a gel superglue (we sell Loctite PowerGel if you need to grab some). Poly/cement will not work.

I have to mark the customer service low on this as even though the item is printed in good detail, it was wrapped with two smaller minis, resulting in damage in transit. It was also wrapped in black plastic which has left the surface somewhat sticky, just like a previous order. They have good printing, but I'm unlikely to order from them again because of these issues.

She’s beautiful and the resin quality is excellent. The wings have some flexibility so there’s no brittleness that I’ve run into with other miniatures. Communication between the seller and I was great. They care about what they produce. Thank you!
