Lovely model, a little smaller than expected

To start with, it's a great looking model. Detailing is very good and it's a good proxy for the Transcendent C'tan. Once it was printed it came to me within a few days, so the delivery is excellent from this vendor.

My feedback is twofold: first of all, the mounts were still on the flames that come from the back of the mini. These were difficult to remove as the flames are quite thin, and unfortunately two/three of them broke whilst I was removing them. Secondly the resin used was a bit brittle and, though I had pinned the model to its base, after one accident the model was still broken in two. I've managed to fix it due to the previous pinning, so that's okay!

Great model. I do some resin printing myself, so I was worried about the brittleness of the models. Not sure what resin the seller is using, but feels like a mix of a few, because there is a slightly rubber quality to the model which adds some give in case you drop it. Very pleased.
It did arrive with a break in the cape that's holding the model off the base, but considering it had to cross the pond, it arrived in great shape. A little super glue and it's as good as new. As described, there are some supports on the model, so a little bit of clean up and this beauty is ready for painting. Very satisfied.

Received on the eighth day after [that is excluding ] the purchase day.
It was nice to receive, open, UNWRAP, i.e. positively charged. And so is MY miniature.
But NO fab photos to show, as it's STILL unpainted 🥺

Came broken, but we super glued the pieces together.

Item is detailed but fragile. First mini recieved was broken (but none of the broken off pieces were in the packaging, couldnt glue it). Requested refund from the seller and instead agreed to a replacement to be shipped except to add better packaging (like paper wads or bubblewrap) because it was packed loosely in a box with room to knock around during shipping, with only sticky plasticky black material to cover it. Seller responded almost immediately to fix issue but was defensive about packaging method. Recieved replacement in tact but the seller didnt follow the agreement on the packaging. Replacement had supports either fully in tact or poorly cut leaving chunks that are more dangerous to cut off. Inconvenient on top of already being inconvinienced. Can recommend the product but honestly can't recommend this seller, sorry
