FAQ

Where is my order?
Rest assured, we are printing, cleaning up and shipping your order as fast as we can. Myth Forged is just the two of us (Sam and Steve) so sometimes in busier periods a bit of a queue can develop. Average dispatch time is 5 days but check the banner at the top of the site for accurate lead times.

What kind of glue should I use?
I use a gel super glue. We sell Loctite on the store as we know it works!
Poly/plastic cement will not work

What prep do I need to do for painting?
The miniatures should be ready for a priming coat, however I'd always recommend a quick wash with warm, soapy water. You can paint directly onto the mini, but I recommend priming.

Why have some of the miniatures come on supports?
I ship delicate or small things with the supports still attached. I've found that things get broken and/or lost if I don't. If you submerge them in hot warm for 15 seconds, most miniatures will peel off the supports really easily. Just go slowly and steadily.

My mini feels sticky/tacky to touch - what's going on?
Sometimes the combination of humidity and the packaging causes the washing solution to make the surface a little tacky. This can be solved with a wash in either isopolyl alcohol, or just hot soapy water. Leave to dry in the sun/warm dry place and they'll be fine.

Introduce the menacing Yuan-ti Abomination miniature to your Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder 2E, or Call of Cthulhu campaigns, a symbol of serpentine cunning and martial prowess. This figure depicts a Yuan-ti Abomination, a formidable blend of human and snake, armored for battle and poised for the kill. With a snake-like head, complete with sharp fangs ready to deliver venomous death, and a muscular, humanoid body designed for combat, this abomination is a fearsome sight. Wielding a sword above its head in a striking pose, it embodies the lethal grace and readiness for battle that defines the Yuan-ti's elite warriors.

The sculpture of this Yuan-ti Abomination captures its hybrid nature, balancing the sinuous power of a serpent with the tactical acumen of a seasoned fighter. The armor is detailed to reflect both protection and mobility, allowing the abomination to strike with deadly precision. The raised sword not only suggests an imminent attack but also serves as a testament to the abomination's skill in warfare, ready to command the battlefield with its physical and magical might.

For miniature painting enthusiasts, the Yuan-ti Abomination presents a delightful challenge. The scales of its serpent parts offer an opportunity to experiment with varied hues and textures, potentially incorporating iridescent effects to mimic the natural sheen of a snake's skin. The armor provides a contrast in texture, inviting metallic paints and techniques to highlight its crafted detail. The dynamic pose of the abomination, sword raised high, allows for creative lighting effects, emphasizing the drama and threat of the figure.

Incorporating the Yuan-ti Abomination into your TTRPG sessions introduces a formidable adversary or a complex NPC, enriching the narrative with themes of ambition, transformation, and the blurring of moral lines. Whether it is leading a cohort of Yuan-ti in a battle to reclaim lost relics in Dungeons and Dragons, orchestrating sinister plots from the shadows in Pathfinder 2E, or serving as a catalyst for a cult's apocalyptic vision in Call of Cthulhu, this miniature adds depth and intrigue. Its presence on the tabletop serves as a reminder of the diverse and dangerous creatures that inhabit the game world, challenging players to confront not only their martial might but also the cunning and strategy that the Yuan-ti embody.
