Perch an owl on the sorting-room chair and open the post office for business.

This assembled resin furniture piece brings a busy post office to the tabletop with a high-backed wooden armchair, a three-tier shelving unit and a wrapped parcel stack. A barn owl perches on the chair back with its wings half-spread, giving the scene instant atmosphere and a ready-made talking point for players.

The shelves are packed with visible detail: rolled scrolls, bound books, a stoppered jar, a candle holder and a leafy potted plant on top. The turned columns, scalloped base and cushioned seat give a crafted, lived-in look that suits a sorting office, a clerk's study or a town shop. Place it against a wall as set dressing, or use it to mark the counter area of a village or city encounter.
