FAQ

Where is my order?
Rest assured, we are printing, cleaning up and shipping your order as fast as we can. Myth Forged is just the two of us (Sam and Steve) so sometimes in busier periods a bit of a queue can develop. Average dispatch time is 5 days but check the banner at the top of the site for accurate lead times.

What kind of glue should I use?
I use a gel super glue. We sell Loctite on the store as we know it works!
Poly/plastic cement will not work

What prep do I need to do for painting?
The miniatures should be ready for a priming coat, however I'd always recommend a quick wash with warm, soapy water. You can paint directly onto the mini, but I recommend priming.

Why have some of the miniatures come on supports?
I ship delicate or small things with the supports still attached. I've found that things get broken and/or lost if I don't. If you submerge them in hot warm for 15 seconds, most miniatures will peel off the supports really easily. Just go slowly and steadily.

My mini feels sticky/tacky to touch - what's going on?
Sometimes the combination of humidity and the packaging causes the washing solution to make the surface a little tacky. This can be solved with a wash in either isopolyl alcohol, or just hot soapy water. Leave to dry in the sun/warm dry place and they'll be fine.

Introduce a lethal and stealthy character to your Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder 2E, or Call of Cthulhu campaigns with the Cunning Ratfolk Soldier miniature. This devious warrior is armed with two poisoned daggers, perfect for quick, silent attacks that weaken the enemy before they even realize the threat. His pose is low and sneaky, embodying the essence of a rogue ready to strike from the shadows with deadly precision.

The sculpture of this Ratfolk Soldier captures his sly, calculated nature. His compact form is poised for action, suggesting agility and speed. The daggers he wields are finely detailed, each blade designed to look lethal and dripping with poison. His facial expression is one of focused intent, with sharp eyes scanning for vulnerabilities and opportunities to strike.

For miniature painting enthusiasts, this Ratfolk Soldier offers an intriguing challenge. The fur texture allows for nuanced painting techniques, emphasizing shadows and highlights to create a sense of depth and movement. The poisoned daggers can be painted with a shimmering effect to emphasize their deadly nature, perhaps using metallic or iridescent paints to suggest the presence of venom. Subtle color shifts on the daggers' blades can enhance the visual impact of the poison.

Incorporating this Ratfolk Soldier into your TTRPG sessions adds a dynamic element of danger and subterfuge. He can serve as a formidable adversary in urban settings or as part of a thieves' guild, using his daggers to sway the tide of skirmishes or to execute silent takedowns. As an ally, he might provide valuable skills in stealth operations or act as a guide through perilous territories, where discretion and speed are paramount.

This miniature not only enriches the tactical aspects of your game but also deepens the thematic storytelling, offering players an encounter with a character who exemplifies the cunning and lethal nature of ratfolk, adept in the art of poison and stealth.
