FAQ

Where is my order?
Rest assured, we are printing, cleaning up and shipping your order as fast as we can. Myth Forged is just the two of us (Sam and Steve) so sometimes in busier periods a bit of a queue can develop. Average dispatch time is 5 days but check the banner at the top of the site for accurate lead times.

What kind of glue should I use?
I use a gel super glue. We sell Loctite on the store as we know it works!
Poly/plastic cement will not work

What prep do I need to do for painting?
The miniatures should be ready for a priming coat, however I'd always recommend a quick wash with warm, soapy water. You can paint directly onto the mini, but I recommend priming.

Why have some of the miniatures come on supports?
I ship delicate or small things with the supports still attached. I've found that things get broken and/or lost if I don't. If you submerge them in hot warm for 15 seconds, most miniatures will peel off the supports really easily. Just go slowly and steadily.

My mini feels sticky/tacky to touch - what's going on?
Sometimes the combination of humidity and the packaging causes the washing solution to make the surface a little tacky. This can be solved with a wash in either isopolyl alcohol, or just hot soapy water. Leave to dry in the sun/warm dry place and they'll be fine.

Bring a chilling adversary to your Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder 2E, or Call of Cthulhu campaigns with the Menacing Yuan-ti Abomination miniature. This figure portrays the terrifying fusion of serpent and warrior, a Yuan-ti Abomination armored for battle and exuding deadly intent. Its snake-like head, complete with razor-sharp fangs, hints at the venomous death it can deliver to those who dare oppose it. The abomination's physique, a blend of humanoid muscularity and serpentine agility, is poised in a dynamic stance with twin swords extended out to its sides, ready to strike down foes with lethal precision.

The sculpture of the Yuan-ti Abomination captures its dual nature, merging the cold-blooded ferocity of a serpent with the calculated brutality of a seasoned fighter. The design pays close attention to the details of its armor, which not only offers protection but also enhances its formidable presence on the battlefield. The twin swords, held out in an aggressive display, are finely detailed to reflect their deadly craftsmanship, embodying the abomination's skill in wielding multiple weapons simultaneously.

For miniature painting enthusiasts, this Yuan-ti Abomination offers a rich canvas for creativity. The contrast between the smooth, scale-covered skin of its serpentine parts and the intricate textures of its armor presents an opportunity to explore a range of painting techniques and finishes. The twin swords provide a focal point for metallic effects and detailing, accentuating their deadly nature. The dynamic pose of the miniature, swords extended, invites an exploration of motion and balance, challenging painters to convey the sense of imminent threat it poses.

Incorporating this Yuan-ti Abomination into your TTRPG sessions introduces a powerful and cunning enemy that embodies the sinister aspects of serpentkind. Whether as a formidable opponent in a dungeon encounter in Dungeons and Dragons, a leader of a Yuan-ti faction in Pathfinder 2E, or a central figure in a Call of Cthulhu story exploring ancient curses, this miniature adds depth to the narrative. Its presence on the tabletop serves as a stark reminder of the lethal grace and strategic mind that the Yuan-ti Abominations possess, challenging players to outwit and outfight this serpentine menace.
