FAQ

Where is my order?
Rest assured, we are printing, cleaning up and shipping your order as fast as we can. Myth Forged is just the two of us (Sam and Steve) so sometimes in busier periods a bit of a queue can develop. Average dispatch time is 5 days but check the banner at the top of the site for accurate lead times.

What kind of glue should I use?
I use a gel super glue. We sell Loctite on the store as we know it works!
Poly/plastic cement will not work

What prep do I need to do for painting?
The miniatures should be ready for a priming coat, however I'd always recommend a quick wash with warm, soapy water. You can paint directly onto the mini, but I recommend priming.

Why have some of the miniatures come on supports?
I ship delicate or small things with the supports still attached. I've found that things get broken and/or lost if I don't. If you submerge them in hot warm for 15 seconds, most miniatures will peel off the supports really easily. Just go slowly and steadily.

My mini feels sticky/tacky to touch - what's going on?
Sometimes the combination of humidity and the packaging causes the washing solution to make the surface a little tacky. This can be solved with a wash in either isopolyl alcohol, or just hot soapy water. Leave to dry in the sun/warm dry place and they'll be fine.

Delve into the world of mystery and elegance with the Masked Fighter miniature, a captivating addition to your Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder 2E, or Call of Cthulhu campaigns. This figure is the epitome of intrigue, donned in a Venetian carnival costume, his identity concealed behind a mask that speaks of ancient secrets and silent promises. More than just a costume, his cloak is a tapestry of stories, each mask adorning it a relic of adventures untold, encounters with friends and foes alike, making him a collector of faces and tales. In a classic swordsman's pose, he holds a sharp dagger close to his chest, a gesture that suggests readiness for the unexpected twists of fate that lie in the shadows of alleyways and the heart of battles alike.

The sculpture of the Masked Fighter is meticulously detailed to highlight the opulence of his attire and the hidden dangers that lurk beneath the surface. The cloak, a marvel of craftsmanship, is adorned with masks of varying expressions, each telling its own story and adding to the aura of mystery that surrounds him. His stance, reminiscent of European swordsmen of old, is both defensive and inviting, a paradox that defines the life of one who lives by wit and blade. The dagger, though modest in size, is sculpted with care to emphasize its lethal potential, a reminder that in the right hands, it is as deadly as any sword.

For miniature painting enthusiasts, the Masked Fighter presents an exquisite challenge. The carnival costume and cloak full of masks offer a canvas for exploring a spectrum of colors and textures, inviting the painter to bring out the vibrancy of Venetian festivities and the depth of the stories each mask might hold. The dagger, while simpler, provides an opportunity to practice techniques that give life to its edges, suggesting a well-used and well-cared-for weapon. The figure's posture allows for dynamic shading, highlighting the muscles tensed in anticipation and the subtle interplay of light and shadow that gives life to fabric and flesh alike.

Incorporating the Masked Fighter into your TTRPG sessions introduces a character shrouded in enigma and charisma. Whether he emerges as a mysterious ally with a knack for showing up at just the right moment, an adversary whose motives are as concealed as his face, or a rogue with allegiance only to the highest bidder, his presence adds layers of intrigue and strategy to the narrative. His skills with the dagger and the secrets hidden behind each mask he wears invite players into a dance of diplomacy, espionage, and combat, making every encounter with him a memorable event that blends the thrill of danger with the allure of the unknown.
