FAQ

Where is my order?
Rest assured, we are printing, cleaning up and shipping your order as fast as we can. Myth Forged is just the two of us (Sam and Steve) so sometimes in busier periods a bit of a queue can develop. Average dispatch time is 5 days but check the banner at the top of the site for accurate lead times.

What kind of glue should I use?
I use a gel super glue. We sell Loctite on the store as we know it works!
Poly/plastic cement will not work

What prep do I need to do for painting?
The miniatures should be ready for a priming coat, however I'd always recommend a quick wash with warm, soapy water. You can paint directly onto the mini, but I recommend priming.

Why have some of the miniatures come on supports?
I ship delicate or small things with the supports still attached. I've found that things get broken and/or lost if I don't. If you submerge them in hot warm for 15 seconds, most miniatures will peel off the supports really easily. Just go slowly and steadily.

My mini feels sticky/tacky to touch - what's going on?
Sometimes the combination of humidity and the packaging causes the washing solution to make the surface a little tacky. This can be solved with a wash in either isopolyl alcohol, or just hot soapy water. Leave to dry in the sun/warm dry place and they'll be fine.

Embark on a divine journey with the Inanna, Goddess of Love miniature, a sublime addition to your Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder 2E, or Call of Cthulhu campaigns. This ethereal figure captures the essence of Inanna, the ancient deity of love, beauty, and war, as she gracefully floats through ruins on majestic angel wings. Her presence is a beacon of both love's enduring power and the inevitable decay that time brings to all things. This miniature not only brings a touch of divine grace to the game but also serves as a symbol of the complex nature of love and the cycles of destruction and renewal.

The sculpture of Inanna is a work of art, masterfully crafted to convey her dual nature. Her angel wings, detailed with exquisite feathers, spread wide, suggesting her role as a protector and guide of hearts. The ruins through which she floats add a layer of depth to her character, hinting at her ancient origins and the timeless stories of love and loss she has witnessed. The figure of Inanna herself is depicted with an air of serene beauty, her gaze kind yet filled with the wisdom of a deity who understands the profound complexities of the human heart.

For miniature painting enthusiasts, the Inanna, Goddess of Love miniature offers a captivating challenge. The contrast between the ethereal beauty of Inanna and the decayed texture of the ruins provides a unique opportunity to explore a range of painting techniques. The angel wings invite experimentation with subtle color gradients and highlighting to capture their divine glow. The ruins offer a chance to practice techniques for aging and weathering, adding a sense of historical depth to the scene. Painting Inanna herself allows for creative expression in portraying her divine grace and the intricate details of her attire.

Integrating Inanna into your TTRPG sessions introduces themes of love, beauty, and the passage of time into your storytelling. Whether she appears as a benevolent deity offering guidance in a Dungeons and Dragons quest, a mysterious figure whose motives are intertwined with the fate of nations in Pathfinder 2E, or a central mythic element in a Call of Cthulhu mystery, Inanna adds layers of narrative depth. Her presence can inspire quests centered on love, compel characters to confront the impermanence of beauty and power, or challenge players to navigate the ruins of ancient civilizations in search of wisdom and strength.
