FAQ

Where is my order?
Rest assured, we are printing, cleaning up and shipping your order as fast as we can. Myth Forged is just the two of us (Sam and Steve) so sometimes in busier periods a bit of a queue can develop. Average dispatch time is 5 days but check the banner at the top of the site for accurate lead times.

What kind of glue should I use?
I use a gel super glue. We sell Loctite on the store as we know it works!
Poly/plastic cement will not work

What prep do I need to do for painting?
The miniatures should be ready for a priming coat, however I'd always recommend a quick wash with warm, soapy water. You can paint directly onto the mini, but I recommend priming.

Why have some of the miniatures come on supports?
I ship delicate or small things with the supports still attached. I've found that things get broken and/or lost if I don't. If you submerge them in hot warm for 15 seconds, most miniatures will peel off the supports really easily. Just go slowly and steadily.

My mini feels sticky/tacky to touch - what's going on?
Sometimes the combination of humidity and the packaging causes the washing solution to make the surface a little tacky. This can be solved with a wash in either isopolyl alcohol, or just hot soapy water. Leave to dry in the sun/warm dry place and they'll be fine.

Introducing the versatile Seduced Barbazu miniature, a captivating addition to your Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder 2E, or Call of Cthulhu campaigns, designed to bring complexity and intrigue to the infernal ranks within your narrative. This Bearded Devil, known for its fearsome combat prowess and allegiance to the darker powers, finds itself under the beguiling influence of a Succubus Demon. The unique aspect of this miniature is the optional inclusion of the succubus, allowing players and collectors to decide whether to display the Barbazu alone in its heavily armored glory or in the midst of being seduced, with the succubus perched delicately in its arms.

The sculpture of the Barbazu is meticulously detailed, showcasing its formidable armor, designed not only for protection but to intimidate and instill fear in the hearts of those who dare oppose it. In one hand, it grips a chained captive, a symbol of its dominion and the cruel fate awaiting those captured by these infernal soldiers. The other hand wields a flail, a weapon that embodies the brutal efficiency with which these devils dispatch their foes. The optional succubus component is crafted with equal attention to detail, her form exuding the lethal allure characteristic of her kind, adding a layer of narrative depth to the figure.

For miniature painting enthusiasts, this Seduced Barbazu presents an exciting challenge, offering the chance to explore a range of textures and effects. The Barbazu's armor provides an opportunity to experiment with metallic paints and techniques to achieve a battle-worn look, while the captive and flail can be detailed to highlight the despair and danger they represent. The optional succubus allows for a contrast in painting styles, with her ethereal beauty standing in stark contrast to the Barbazu's menacing form. The dynamic between the two, if the succubus is included, invites creative interpretations of light, shadow, and color to bring this complex scene to life.

Incorporating this miniature into your TTRPG sessions adds a dynamic element of choice and consequence. Whether the Barbazu is encountered alone, a formidable adversary in its own right, or in the thrall of the succubus, offering a glimpse into the manipulative power dynamics of the infernal realms, it enriches the game with themes of control, seduction, and the battle for autonomy against otherworldly influences. Players can engage with this narrative complexity, crafting strategies to exploit the Barbazu's distraction or aiming to sever the demonic bond that ensnares it, navigating the treacherous politics and personal struggles that define the infernal hierarchy.
