Prepping Our Minis

Delicate minis and weapons may come still on their print supports to protect them in shipping.
To remove supports soak in warm water for 20 sec then peel away by hand or carefully use snips or scalpel.
An extra wash in soapy water and a dry in a sunny spot never hurts.
You can paint straight onto our resin minis but we recommend priming for a smoother and longer lasting result.
We recommend a gel superglue (we sell Loctite PowerGel if you need to grab some). Poly/cement will not work.

Fantastic item. Great sharp details which made it really easy and fun to paint except on the guns which were fairly minimal.

The print looks good. The staff was easy to work with about rescaling the print for me and the item arrived in fair time from England. I was disappointed that the supports weren't removed. I thought that might be a part of the service.
Overall a positive experience.

Item came sooner than expected, and it was intact and carefully wrapped. Our Item (a miniature) was very detailed and was to the standard shown in the picture. Support trees still attached for extra durability during transport. Very impressed all around.
