What It Is
This is a Goliath barbarian mid-stride, double-handed sword held ready, wolf pelt draped over spiked armour. The sculpt's got presence — 50mm base, 32mm scale, so he's properly imposing next to standard player character miniatures. The face is uncovered and detailed enough to show expression, the armour has texture, and the pelt adds visual weight without looking cluttered. One of those character minis that reads clearly from across the table.
At The Table
Obvious use: player character for a Goliath barbarian in D&D 5e or Pathfinder 2e. The spiked armour and wolf pelt give you options — this could be a tribal warrior from the mountains, a gladiator champion turned adventurer, or a mercenary who's seen too many battles to count. The double-handed sword suggests a front-line fighter who doesn't bother with shields, which fits the classic barbarian archetype nicely.
As an NPC, he works as a rival adventurer, a bodyguard to someone important, or a boss encounter for lower-level parties. In Shadowdark or other OSR games, this could be the warlord of a raiding band the party needs to negotiate with (or fight). Dolmenwood campaigns might use him as a mercenary hired by one of the factions, adding muscle to political intrigue. Even in Call of Cthulhu, if you're running a pulp-era game with lost world elements, this miniature could represent a tribal warrior-priest guarding ancient secrets.
The wolf pelt is a nice detail for storytelling. Maybe it's a trophy from his coming-of-age hunt, or a gift from a druid ally, or cursed and slowly driving him feral. That's the kind of visual hook that gets players asking questions and building backstory.
